Our Strategic Partnerships fall under many different sectors including, investment, technology and consulting.


Streamline Solutions and Intel formed a Strategic Partnership in January 2001, through Intel's strategic investment arm, Intel Capital.

The result of this investment is very much two-fold. From a financial aspect, the investment of funds from Intel Capital has enabled Streamline to substantially grow the business. The first step in this process was our acquisition of a Singapore based technology company - Contact Centric. The acquisition of Contact Centric has given Streamline an established link into South East Asia and has enabled us to build upon the many successful customer relationships and strategic partnerships already in place. The second major benefit of our strategic partnership with Intel is our ability to utilise the remarkably successful Intel ecosystem to further extend our reach into the ASEAN market.
Streamline Solutions first began working informally with NEC in 1999 on the integration of Streamlines eTouchPoint development engine with NEC's suite of CTI platforms, including Q-Master and Genesys. This partnership was formally sealed in March 2002 with the signing of the NEC Fusion Partner agreement - the highest partnership level available. Our strategic partnership with NEC centers around the development and marketing of integrated technology solutions for the Contact Centre market - a market within which Streamline has excelled in recent years, both in Australia and Asia. Already this year, Streamline, in conjunction with NEC, have deployed more than six (6) multi-media contact Centre solutions, incorporating a comprehensive communication layer as well as a tightly integrated CRM solution.

Our Strategic Partnership with NEC is set to grow substantially, following the full-scale launch of Streamlines newly productised CRM suite - myView.
Silverlake is in the business of providing customised software solutions for the banking industry. Streamline is an OEM partner in developing its software packages to map the operational and business needs of their clients.
In order take advantage of the latest Microsoft technology Streamline has been building up a strong formal relationship with Microsoft. Thus far Streamline has obtained the following Microsoft accreditations.

  • .Net Connected: eTouchpoint has been certified as a .Net connected application.
  • MS Independent Software Vendor: Streamline Solutions is a registered Microsoft ISV Partner.
  • MS Certified Partner: Streamline Solutions has recently become a Microsoft Certified Partner.
  • Integrated Business Technologies (IBT) is one of Australia’s most established system integration organisations with a reputation for delivering professional and high value services to our customers.

    IBT specialises in providing IT consulting services to organisations seeking assistance in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Human Resources/Payroll (HCM), Campus Solutions, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Performance Management (BPM), Business Intelligence (BI) and eCommerce.
