Multi-Channel Contact Centre Application
- eTouchPoint MARKETING utilises Telephone, Email and Direct mail to perform your outbound sales and marketing campaign activities.
- The Telephony Integrator module enables you to seamlessly connect to
your telephone system. Using your telephone system, it provides preview
and power dial capability to your campaigns.
- The Email Integrator seamlessly connects to your existing email server
(SMTP and POP3). Via this connectivity, outbound email campaigns are
conducted.
Contact Lists
- All campaigns feed off one or more contact lists. Each list contains the
details of campaign recipients, including their name, telephone number,
email address and postal address.
- eTouchPoint MARKETING enables you to import into its contact list from different
external sources. If eTouchPoint CRM is also installed, it allows you to
retrieve from the eCRM's contact list. Contact lists can also be created
from the result of previous campaigns.
- The de-duplication tool ensures that the contact list is duplicate-free and
up-to-date.
Email Campaigns
eTouchPoint MARKETING provides you with the tools to enable you to put together
email campaigns quickly and easily. To do this, no technical knowledge is
required. All you need to do is simply follow these steps:
- Create an email template
- Attach any documentations required, such as electronic brochures
- Merge it with the designated contact list
- Send out the emails
You can first test your email campaign/template before sending to ensure
correctness. Completed email campaigns are tracked and logged to
ensure that each contact only received one copy of the email.
Direct Mail Campaigns
eTouchPoint MARKETING provides tools to enable you to put together direct
campaigns easily and quickly. Utilising Microsoft Word, you can merge
content of the contact list with the appropriate template.
Telephone Campaigns
Telephone campaigns are created by associating the appropriate
campaign script with a contact list. This process is easy to implement and
requires no technical knowledge.
Campaign Scripting
The Campaign Scripting module enables you to easily and quickly put
together the right script for your campaign. It provides the following
scripting capability:
- Branching capability - this includes:
- Answer-type branching, where the next script question is based on
the answer to the previous question.
- Conditional-type branching, where the next question is dependent
on the range of outcome determined from the previous answer.
- Response types - the answer to a question can be one of numerous
types, including single-select, multi-select, single-entry or credit card type
etc.
- Masking answer capture - to minimise manual entry error.
- Script reusability across different campaigns.
- Incorporating fields in the contact list into the script question.
E.g. "How are you today ?"
- Display previously captured responses in later script question.
E.g. "Can we confirm the following details you have provided?

Are these correct?"
Call Rescheduling and Time zones
eTouchPoint MARKETING allows an agent to reschedule a call if there is no answer. Calls
can be rescheduled back to the agent or the next available agent. It will
also take into consideration time zone differences between the call centre
and the contact person.
Exporting
eTouchPoint MARKETING gives you the ability to export all information such as contact
lists, campaign script questions and answers and call results into tab-delimited
files.
Reporting
eTouchPoint MARKETING provides reporting for campaign outcome, agents'
performance per campaign as well as time spent on campaigns.
Predicting completion time for active campaign
eTouchPoint MARKETING provides a tool for the supervisor to estimate the completion
date for an active campaign. This enables the supervisor to manage
agents more efficiently and increase productivity.
Power dial
Campaigns can be set up in power dial mode. This enables the next call to
be made automatically once an agent has completed the current call. The
supervisor can set the wrap-up time between closing a call and dialling
out.
Supervisor control
All campaigns (email, telephone and direct mail), agent accounts, scripts,
contact lists, and reports are created and maintained by the supervisor.
