Monash University
An Enquiry Management system was required to be deployed at the Centre for Learning & Teaching Support (CeLTS). Integration with the Monash Student Management System (Callista) was also mandatory.
They system was deployed as a department wide enquiry management system and literature dispatch system providing: Prospective student contact management, a Knowledge Base, Enquiry Management, Inbox – triggers and alerts and Document Management.
The aim of implementing the CRM pilot within CeLTS, was to streamline existing manual processes and provide an improved level of customer service to prospective and current students, by capturing, monitoring and analysing their enquiries.
